All sessions are 1 to 1 and are specifically tailored to your personal requirements, your consultant will work along side you to achieve maximum results.
Session 1 – Weight management coaching:
We begin by working with you to establish your weight loss goals to ensure you are working towards precisely what you want to achieve. We help you to set goals that are realistic, achievable and maintainable. Any potential obstacles to reaching your preferred weight will be explored, taking account of what has worked for you in the past and what has not. We discuss and agree a decisive plan of action with each client, action that we will need to take to take over the coming days and weeks as we work toward your goals.
Session 2 (Optional) – Nutrition & BIM (Bioenergetic Impedance Measurement):
As part of your weight loss programme you can choose have one session with an experienced BIM practitioner clinician to carry out a functional health screen of all major organs and food intolerance on a range of key foods. Once the data is collected a nutritional plan is provided to help correct any problems found.
This is a unique health screening process that can isolate specific issues in the body’s metabolic systems that make weight loss difficult for many people.
The process involves a non-invasive testing that takes electrical readings from your hand.
Session 3-4-5 and 6 – Hypnotherapy:
As a client you will have 4 sessions with a hypnotherapist who specialises in both weight loss and weight management.
The hypnotherapist will use many of the latest techniques to help you to adjust your behaviours around food and eating, this will also increase motivation and confidence. It will allow you to view food and eating in a completely different way so that the changes you make throughout the programme will be maintained for life and not only for a short time.
Session 7 – Weight management coaching:
Here we discuss the progress you have made, your successes and continuing development areas. We check you are still working toward your goal and make changes where necessary. This session is also an opportunity to consider your longer-term weight management goals.
We discuss the things you need to do to maintain your new lifestyle and we make time to acknowledge the progress that you have made, which in itself is great source of motivation for further change.
